Dear WineShop consultants… get excited for WineShop at Home’s 2016 Convention, because you ain’t seen nothing like this before!
If you’re newer to WineShop or you simply haven’t been to one of our conventions, you’re really in for a treat. You might assume that it will be just like other companies’ annual events (read: dry, boring, corporate). But WineShop works really hard to make sure that your experience at the convention is enriching, engaging and filled with tipsy consultants. Er – I mean, wine tasting opportunities!
To be fair, you might feel exhausted after a few days at the WineShop convention. You know, in the same way that an 8-year-old is exhausted after spending an entire week at Disney World.
Yeah. It’s that good.

Viva Las Vegas, Baby!
For the first time in WineShop at Home history, the convention is going to be outside of California. That’s right! We’re convening in Vegas – I mean, heck, our consultants get so excited about spending time together that honestly no one really sleeps during the convention anyway.
Why not call a spade a spade and meet in a city with 24-hour action? Like my mother always used to say, sleep is for wussies!
(Just kidding. She never said that, but wouldn’t it be so badass if someone’s mom said that?)
But seriously, the convention is pretty much a week of learning how to maximize your efficiency and income as a WineShop consultant. We’re not holding the convention on the strip, it’s actually just outside Vegas at a casino resort called Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa.
It’s beautiful. I’m talking luscious, sparkling pool, incredible restaurants, luxurious spa and a full-service casino if that’s your thing. You won’t even have to spend a minute on the strip unless you want to!
This Year is Better than Ever
I’ve taken a peek into the programming WineShop has lined up and trust me, it’s top notch. In my 11 years with the company, I have never seen such a stellar roster of speakers and trainings and let me tell you… the DJ they hired is hella awesome.
Yes, that’s a word!
So between hanging out with the coolest wine people you’ve ever met, learning how to maximize your business, a couple rounds of Black Jack and dancing the night away to the hella awesome DJ, you will have not only an experience that you can write off (hey, this is training, remember!?) but also renewed inspiration for your business.
Let’s Talk Dollars
Look, I know that the money question is floating around your head. Flying (or driving) to Vegas takes money, the hotel will cost money, and you’ll be taking time away from your family.
But let me just say this: the consultants who come to the conventions statistically earn more money through the year. They’re better trained. They’re more connected to the company. They feel more inspired and they take more action.
Think of this as your 3-day intensive. You’ll get access to our top consultants and trainers and you’ll have the time of your life.
The bottom line is that whenever you start a business, there will be an investment to be made. This investment is comparatively small for the return you’ll get, and you know what? It’s three days that you will never forget.
