If there were one idea I could impress upon my team (and even the teams and consultants of all Direct Selling Companies), it would be this: the WineShop at Home Annual Convention is the single most valuable investment you could possibly make in your business. So come to convention every year!
Having watched businesses take off after the annual gathering (and having experienced it myself), my personal goal has always been to get as many people to the convention as possible.

There’s a difference between blowing $1,000 on a trip to California to sunbathe and investing $1,000 in your higher education so you can get better at your job and generate more sales. So, while scary, let me ask you this: how can you expect to turn your business into something that actually earns a profitable income if you’re not willing to invest in your own education as a business owner?
Sure, you may have to give up cable television for a few months so you can afford the plane fare. But I can promise you that the training you will receive in California will absolutely accelerate your business knowledge, wine expertise, spur growth, and connect you with people who can show you how to build your business on your terms.
If your goal is to bring in more than $1500 per month with your WineShop business, you absolutely must be at the Annual Convention.
