Working with a direct sales company – especially WineShop at Home – is about much more than making money: it’s about having fun, personal development, meeting amazing people, enjoying fantastic products and… drumroll please… world travel!
If you talk to any successful direct sales leader, he or she will tell you that the free trips (yup, I said “F-R-E-E”) are a huge perk.
But like I’ve said before, not all direct sales companies are created equal. At a time when many direct sales companies are scaling back their trips, WineShop at Home is pushing the envelope and taking us (the consultants) to more and more amazing places.
I mean, honestly, where would I want to celebrate my hard-earned achievement? Would I rather go to a big commercial resort with 15,000 guests all trying to push their way to the front of the bar just to get an all-inclusive drink? Or would I rather stretch out at a 5-star resort in Costa Rica with private pools and upgraded suites?
I mean. Seriously.
And by the way, a 5-star resort in Costa Rica with private pools and upgraded suites is exactly where I’ll be come January, thanks to WineShop at Home!
Next Stop: Vienna, Austria
This holiday season I’m working hard to earn my place on WineShop at Home’s next destination trip to Vienna, Austria, in January 2019 (talk about an opportunity to see the world!).
I’m totally stoked at the idea of getting to visit Europe, especially because buzz around the WineShop roost is that many consultants are panning to really make something of their trip. Some people are going early and celebrating New Years in their favorite European city, sipping wine in Switzerland or enjoying Christmas in Tuscany. Heck, if WineShop is already paying their way to Europe, why not extend the trip and see the European sights?
This time around, I have a personal vision that I want to take more people to Vienna than ever before. I want to see my entire team wrapped up in vintage or faux fur for a snowy, romantic and dazzling trip to Europe!
(Side note: did you notice that I said vintage or faux fur? I don’t believe in buying new fur jackets because I don’t like animals being killed in the name of fashion, but let’s be real for a second: if the animal has already been dead for decades, there’s nothing wrong with wearing a beautiful mink coat from the 60’s!)
Will you join me in Austria in 2019? I really hope so – and the best part is that you can! Even if you’re completely new to WineShop at Home, if you join this month and get started strong you can absolutely earn your way to Austria in 2019 and we would all love to have you!
