We all know the classic predicament – there are two bottles of wine one is ten dollars the other is one hundred. What to do? You break down, convincing yourself the more costly bottle will somehow be tastier… you get what you pay for, right?
Well this is simply NOT TRUE! Wine is PERSONAL to your taste and likes. A low price does not equate to a low quality. Wine can be good at all price points – WineShop at Home Wines will prove that to you!
So What’s the Deal with WineShop at Home Wines – Are They Any Good?
Of course our wines are good! That’s the dumbest question ever. If they weren’t good, we wouldn’t sell millions of dollars of them each year, win awards across the country , or have so many satisfied Wine Club members!
Clearly our wines are good – amazing, in fact!
At tastings, I always say, “don’t go around yucking someone else’s yum.” Just because you’re not in love with a particular wine does not mean that I’ve poured you a bad wine…someone else might love it! We all have different taste buds and varying preferences as to what we enjoy.
So don’t be quick to yuck on someone’s wine taste – nobody likes those people!
Put The Price Tag Test to Rest
I don’t care if I am pouring a $2.99 or $299 bottle of wine – if you like and enjoy the taste, then it’s a good wine, My Mom loves a $4.00 bottle of White Zin. It’s not my favorite, but just because it’s not my jam doesn’t mean that it’s not real wine. She loves it, she’s happy when she drinks it so who am I to judge? In fact, Wine Expert Tim Hanni has done some incredible research on what it might mean if YOU love White Zin! Read more about it here.
Think of it this way: wine is like jeans. You can buy your jeans at Walmart for $9.99, or you can splurge for a pair at Bloomingdales for $300. If you love the jeans and how your booty feels when wear them – then they’re good jeans! The price tag and store you purchased them at doesn’t matter. End of story!
Can Wine that is Sold Through “Home Parties” be High in Quality?
The Answer is YES! WineShop at Home wines are not only great but even our most affordable wines are also lower in added sulfates, our wines are primarily water, yeast and grapes – (read more about it HERE). If you haven’t tried them already – well, try them! Go to my website, order the wine, and you be the judge!
People ask me this question often. I hear it from wine snobs assuming that our direct selling model means that our wines can’t possibly be any good. Pardon my French…but what load of crap! Just because we’re not written up in Wine Spectator Magazine (yet), does not mean our wines aren’t amazing.
You are going to buy wine anyway, so why not buy it from WineShop at Home? I promise you won’t regret it AND my kids will love it when I spend the money I earn selling YOU great wine on new baseball cleats! Take that big box store wine!
Our Wines Aren’t Just Good… They Are Great
We have won a medal in every single competition we’ve entered (read all about them HERE), and the truth is, WineShop would not exist if the wines weren’t good. We have great wine, and you’re cheating yourself if you haven’t tried the wines already!
I’m not asking you to drink ONLY my wine, I simply request that you don’t dismiss WineShop at Home as a winery because we happen to sell through the direct selling model.
