I get it. When you consider joining a direct selling business, you want to choose a business that actually has staying power. That sells products you believe in, has a structure that works and amazing people who you actually like!
I know all about that. Trust me, before I joined Wine Shop at Home I made several attempts at working with other direct sales companies that just weren’t a fit. I couldn’t find success.
So here’s the bottom line: if you’re looking for a direct sales team that will go the distance, leave you better off financially, empowered emotionally and mentally, and armed with skills that translate into a myriad of other sales scenarios, you’ve come to the right place.
I’m Not the Prettiest…
Did that get your attention? If we’re going to be real for a second, I gotta tell you: I’m not the smartest leader. I’m not the prettiest, I don’t work the hardest and I don’t even work the smartest, but I’m still the top consultant with Wine Shop at Home.
Why?
Because I stuck with it, kept consistent and stayed focused. I kept learning.
You don’t have to be the prodigal lamb to rock at this business and I’m living proof of that fact! I’ve been working with Wine Shop for eleven years. I’ve built up my own organization so successfully because no matter what, I keep going. And trust me, sometimes even I want to stop.
I don’t bust my butt for two months and then disappear for six. I’m the slow, steady type – I’m the tortoise, and you’d better believe it pays off.
My Leaders Play Well with Others
When I take on new consultants, they receive training directly from me. They work very closely with me as they grow their business, and I try to each them everything I know but I also try to teach them how to learn it themselves. My goal is to give them not only the information they need regarding our products, but to also support them with solid sales skills and a collaborative mentality.
Look, the simple fact is that there are a lot of other direct sales businesses that deal with hard-core competition between the ranks. And while it might seem like a good idea at the time, that competitive, undercutting spirit only hurts everyone involved.
I teach my team to play together in the sandbox (thanks Brittany Finn for that description): we cheer for each other, we share our wins and losses, and we really, truly enjoy working together.
Why Choose Wine Shop?
Yes, we’re still human beings and we’re not perfect. We all make mistakes. You’ll find mistakes at any organization you join, but the difference is that on my team, we actually want each other to succeed.
We give our leaders grace and support, and they know that even if they make a mistake, pull back for a while, have to re-start or even if this business leads them somewhere else entirely, they’re still loved by the team.
Oh and by the way – in what other company can you come on board as a completely new recruit and get trained by the CEO? I’m the top sales person in this company and the “CEO” of my own little world, and if you want to work directly with me for the training of your life, click HERE.
